• View trends and insights
• Complete daily missions
• Improve personal wellbeing awareness

Mood Track is intended for informational and lifestyle purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mood Track.

By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Mood Track:

• Is not a medical device
• Does not provide medical advice
• Does not diagnose any condition
• Does not treat any condition
• Does not replace professional healthcare

Any insights, scores, trends, reports, recommendations, or suggestions are provided solely for general wellbeing and self-reflection purposes.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns.

If you choose to connect Apple Health:

• Mood Track may read selected HealthKit data
• Mood Track does not write data to HealthKit
• Health information is used only to generate wellbeing insights within the app
• Health information is not used for advertising purposes

You control all HealthKit permissions through Apple Health settings.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions:

• Are billed through Apple
• Automatically renew unless cancelled
• Can be managed through your Apple ID settings
• May be restored using the Restore Purchases feature

Prices may change in the future where permitted by Apple policies and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the application
• Attempt to interfere with app functionality
• Reverse engineer the application
• Circumvent subscription systems
• Use the app for unlawful purposes

All content, branding, designs, software, graphics, text, and functionality within Mood Track are owned by Hazcott Limited or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the application without prior written permission.

We may:

• Modify features
• Add features
• Remove features
• Suspend services
• Discontinue services

At any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Mood Track is provided "as is"
• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application

Use of Mood Track is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to Mood Track where necessary to protect the application, comply with legal obligations, or prevent misuse.

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Mood Track after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
